Neighbours — but Tanzania sits outside the East Africa visa.
They’re neighbours and can be combined, but note Tanzania is not part of the East Africa Tourist Visa (Uganda/Kenya/Rwanda), so a joint trip means separate visas. Both need a yellow fever certificate, and you should check Uganda’s current advisories given the 2026 Ebola situation.
